About this Session

Join Kali Baker, Vice President of Community Relations for the Omaha Community Foundation, in a discussion about nonprofit communications. We'll explore a variety of topics to help your organization tell its story, advance its mission, engage stakeholders and attract new donors. Participants can expect to learn about multi-channel integrated communications, considerations for modern media platforms, audience segmentation and clear messaging, ethics and standards.

 

 

 

Kali Baker, Vice President of Community Relations at the Omaha Community Foundation is responsible for leading the foundation's work developing the community indicator project and managing the team that delivers the foundation's grant programs, Nonprofit Capacity Building, Omaha Gives, and research and evaluation efforts. She will also oversee the communications and marketing efforts for the foundation. Baker, a graduate of Bellevue University, was named one of Ten Outstanding Young Omahans and to the Midland's Business Journal's 40 Under 40. She helps lead CommA, a professional organization for community foundation professionals, and is a board member at the Union for Contemporary Art.
